Return & Shipping Policies
Payment Policy 
Payment forms accepted: Master Card, Visa Card, Money Order, Cash, Direct Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit Credit Card Payments are processed via our secure online store.
Credit card details will be destroyed once processed.
 
Return Policy 
Designer Handbags Australia does not offer refunds for  "Change of Mind" - in accordance with the Department of Industrial Relations Retail Return policy, however, if the items are in the original packaging, swing tags still in place and unused, at the buyers postage cost, we do offer an exchange for the same or higher value of the initial purchase. We understand that purchasing online you don't get to see or feel the product, hence we offer this added service to the buyer. 
 
We do not warrant lining or zippers as these items are conducive to wear & tear.
 
Items that are faulty may be returned for an exchange if they fall within 30 days of initial purchase. 
 
The item must be sent back to our office with a letter of explanation and copy of receipt.
 
We will accept the return on the basis that is has been received by our office within 7 days from notification.
 
Returns received after 7 days will not be accepted and returned the buyer. 
 
A Credit note or exchange will be issued if the item is considered to be faulty. 
 
Backorder Policy 
If an item is unavailable at the time of receiving your order, you will be notified by Designer Handbags Australia and given the opportunity to have the item placed on back order. 
 
Shipping Policies 
Packages will be sent via Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery. Tilli Leather Handbags will be sent via EMS or DHL International Couriers from our offshore warehouse.
